A complete core work session. Using a range of equipment and exercises to really strengthen and tone this area.
Focussed to aim on the core muscle (abs, back…) and including the hips & shoulders’ muscle.
Improve your skills in any other sports (running, skiing etc…), by having a strong link between your upper and lower body! Advanced group-stretching to restore your muscle’ balance and restore.
Beginners and more advanced are both welcome to train at the same time, each at their own level.
Fully supervised by a highly experienced and qualified instructor, this class will keep you motivated, safe and exert the best quality exercise techniques.
Core Galore is a really fun class, you will leave feeling strong and invigorated; join us every Friday morning to brighten up the start of your day!
