CORE GALORE: Strengthen and tone your core muscle to the max!

A complete core work session. Using a range of equipment and exercises to really strengthen and tone this area.

Focussed to aim on the core muscle (abs, back…) and including the hips & shoulders’ muscle.

Improve your skills in any other sports (running, skiing etc…), by having a strong link between your upper and lower body! Advanced group-stretching to restore your muscle’ balance and restore.

Beginners and more advanced are both welcome to train at the same time, each at their own level.

Fully supervised by a highly experienced and qualified instructor, this class will keep you motivated, safe and exert the best quality exercise techniques.


Core Galore is a really fun class, you will leave feeling strong and invigorated; join us every Friday morning to brighten up the start of your day!


Team work is essential in both cases. Efficiency of the team is improved by it’s health and by working together. This is where Rainbow Fitness can assist you.

Aka Stretching class, Balance out your body’s flexibility. Unwind, relax and re-energise.

In short: working to give you a good posture +  tuning your body & mind + re-balance evenly your flexibility.

Relaxing each of your muscle one by one, engaging a better control on each one of them.
