Running Classes and Circuit Classes.

-Run Classes: improve and challenge your techniques. Including core stability work.
-Body Burn Classes: strengthen all your body's muscles, challenge your stamina with our circuit class.
 All classes include a quality and appropriate stretch routines to wind down. Tone up and shape up while sculpting yourself a stronger overall fitness level. £5 walk-in sessions.
 Check Calendar for changes to classes.
 Classes locations: just click, on the day you wish to train for full address and map for directions.

 Outdoor classes: we suggest that you bring a warm top to wear during the 10-15minutes group-stretching.


 

-More classes can also be booked for a group of friends or a corporate training/bonding session.

 

 -Mondays 7.00 AM [new outdoor session], Westbury Park, near Stoke Road. Running class, 1h to challenge your cardiovascular fitness, work your technique and core muscles. Great for beginners and intermediate runners. £5 per walk-in session, free parking.

 

 -Tuesdays 6.30 PM [indoor session] in Clifton Library, BS8 4BX, in the room above [please use the door on the right side of the main entrance and come up to the first floor]. All fitness levels are welcome in this 1h Body Burn Class£5 per walk-in session, free parking.

 

 -Wednesdays 10.00 AM [outdoor session], Westbury Park, next to the junction of Ladies Mile and Stoke Road. 1h15min Body Burn Class. £5 per walk-in session, free parking. Children whose parent's are in training in the class, can be present or participate at no extra cost.

 -Wednesdays 5.30 PM [new outdoor session], Westbury Park, near Stoke Road. Running class, 1h ideal for beginners to running and intermediate runners. The session is structured in three parts: learning to run without stopping and without getting out of breath, technique drill of the day, core stability work and stretching. Burn calories, maintain active habits, improve your technique! £5 per session, free parking. Book on 0781 7856 721.     

 -Wednesdays 6.35 PM [outdoor session], Westbury park, near Stoke Road.  Running Class, 1h30min ideal for advanced and intermediate runners! Cardio-challenge and Improve your technique. End the session with core stability work and stretching. £5 per walk-in session, free parking.                                                                                                                                  

 

 -Thursdays 6.00 PM [new indoor session], Wilder Street Studio, near Bristol-central Bus Station, BS2 8QA. 1h15min Body Burn Class. £5 per walk-in session, free parking.

 

 -Saturdays 8.30 AM [new outdoor session], Westbury park, next to the junction of Ladies Mile and Stoke Road. Running class, 1h to challenge your cardiovascular fitness, work your technique and core muscles. Mixed levels for this cardio class. £5 per walk-in session, free parking.     

 -Saturdays 10.00 AM [outdoor session], Westbury park, next to the junction of Ladies Mile and Stoke Road, close to the Down's Tea Room. 1h Circuit Class. This class will be run in cooperation with "PT Troop", you will recognise your instructor as wearing PT Troop's green t-shirt. £5 per walk-in session, free parking. Children whose parent's are in training in the class, can be present or participate at no extra cost.
